Finally, a wise decision

I managed to get my ass to classes for only 3 days. On one fine Wednesday evening, my knees felt jelly-oish, my head felt heavy, my nose was leaking, my throat felt like exploding itself. But I dragged myself to class, it was a night class. Then in class, a classmate, Pa'an said to me - "Elle, ko tak mandi eh? Ko pakai Lipice je kan?" and I replied "Mandi laaa!" "Jangan nak tipu. Aku tau muka ko dah mandi macam mana" and was backed up by Lea whom also my roommate, "Dia mandi laa! Dia tak sihat, demam". Around 9.30 p.m. , Kina, Lea and I asked for permission to go out early as we wanted to go to the clinic.

While waiting, a lecturer who was also helping out in the clinic asked me "Mana semua pegi? Dah balik kampung eh? Sunyi je malam ni. Kalau tak, ramai je nak datang klinik". All I could say was "Entah la. Taktau plak". What the fish? Are you happy that many students get infected? Sigh. Fyi, for the past few days ambulance have been passing by my block and around the campus quite regularly. Do the thinking.

Now that the number of infected students has increased, Minister of Health had ordered the campus to be closed down for a week. Starting from today until 24th of July. Hoooyeaaah! Finally, a wise decision has been made. I wonder what took them so long to realize that the virus is easily transmitted and dangerous.

Well, now I can enjoy my one week holiday and get enough rest and get well soon.
